Deicao grew up on a farm in the Dolomites in Northern Italy and every dish is prepared with fresh, seasonal choices in mind, blending traditional cuisine with modern twists. Standouts like Crudo di Mare, Zucchini Risotto, and Black Truffle Ravioli draw heavily on the local fare from his childhood and are served in a rustic chic atmosphere. Our personal favorite is the UVO, gorgeous oversized ravioli’s filled with a perfectly intact runny yolk, surrounded by a ring of ricotta.
